Heating System Repair: The client’s heating system was not reaching the set temperature. After inspecting the unit, I found the air filter was clogged, restricting airflow. I replaced the filter, enhancing both the efficiency and performance of the system, ensuring reliable warmth.
20 year old r22 system had major repairs completed, credited repairs to new a/c coil. 13.4 seer 2 ton a/c coil going in 7/24/23 with duct and blower cleaning
I’m on arrival I found that the system was not operating. I started testing system and found high static pressure as well as the outdoor unit was not operating due to a trip compressor on overload as well as a bad condenser fan motor. Customer decided to go with repair options and get quotes on replacing the system. After I made repairs, the system is still drying high amps and almost going to freeze up due to low refrigerant.
